Each city has a different personality. For example, a yellow cab must be the personality in New York, sky-scrapers must be one of the symbols in Chicago.
Fences in Savannah are also one of the personalities behind culture in city language. Savannah is the oldest city in the U.S. state of Georgia, which includes many fences throughout. We look forward to the view beyond the fence, but the present obstacles prevent us from moving forward.
